About

Kayce Bayer is an interdisciplinary artist and educator living in Chicago. With drawing, small objects, video, installation, and performance, she exhibits nationwide and performs locally. Originally from North Florida, Kayce received her MFA  from the Memphis College of Art and currently teaches at The Chicago High School for the Arts. As a teacher, creative event organizer, and stuff-maker, Kayce sees art as a place to play and inspire curiosity. Interested in art that is approachable and inclusive, Kayce works to create opportunities for participation and collaboration in many of her undertakings. She is the other half of musical project Jacques Hammer & Wanda Drug and curatorial/production experiment Good Stuff House.
